Carloft is an apartment building in the German capital, where you can park your car outside your front door, no matter what floor you live on. Upon entering the building entrance, the CarLift lifts you straight home by recognising your car from the built-in transponder. By parking on your floor, your car becomes part of your home decor. The developers have also added private aerial gardens to each apartment. The Berlin project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2007.
