Official Bespoke ("Bespoke," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit officialbespoke.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

• Email address — when you subscribe to our newsletter, create a member account, or contact us.
• Name and billing details — when you purchase a magazine subscription, a single digital issue, or a print copy. Payment information is processed by our payment processor (see Section 5); we never see or store your full card number.
• Postal address — when you order a print magazine.
• Any other information you choose to send us via email or a contact form.

Information collected automatically

• Browser type, device type, operating system, screen size.
• Approximate location (country/city level) derived from your IP address.
• Pages you visit on the Site, the order in which you visit them, and how long you stay on each.
• The site that referred you (e.g. social media, search engine, email).

2.How we use your information

We use the information we collect to deliver the magazine (digital and print), send the newsletter and transactional emails, operate and improve the Site, understand reader engagement, and comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, fraud prevention).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else for commercial purposes.

• Hosting and CDN providers (Ghost, Cloudflare) — to serve the Site.
• Print and shipping partners — to print and deliver physical magazines.

Each provider is contractually bound to use your information only for the purpose we've engaged them for.

6.How long we keep your information

• Account information — while your account is active, plus 24 months.
• Purchase records — 7 years (tax requirement).
• Newsletter subscription — until you unsubscribe.
• Web analytics — 14 months, then aggregated and anonymised.

7.Your rights

You have the right to: request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or update it, ask us to delete it (subject to legal obligations to retain), object to certain processing, withdraw consent for marketing emails (one-click unsubscribe in every email), and lodge a complaint with your country's data protection authority.

8.International transfers

Some of our service providers are based outside the country you're reading from. When we transfer your information internationally, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or equivalent measures.

No system is perfect; we will notify affected readers and the relevant authorities promptly if we discover a breach.

10.Children

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

11.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time — when we add a new feature or work with a new service provider. We'll update the "Effective" date at the top, and for significant changes we'll notify subscribers by email.
